Jackson is our mutt. He goes 100 miles an hour all of the time until he collapses. This coffee embodies his in-your-face nature and indomitable spirit. It starts with a punch of Robusta beans for body and the kick of caffeine. Next, we layer in some medium-dark South American beans to add a roasty, chocolatey base. Then we finish the blend with medium African beans for a punch of fruit, brightness and sweetness.

Notes of honey-glazed almond, brisk tea, bracing acidic impression, dried fig, and layered bittersweetness.

Raw sugar, moderate acidity, hints of orange and spiced aroma.
