The pairing of coffee with cigars is a match made in heaven. There is rarely a pairing that I prefer over coffee. Some coffees are outstanding with cigars while others are just okay. This started me on the hunt for The Perfect cigar blend and I do believe that I've found it. It uses a high quality medium roasted Burundi bean (BURUNDI3) as a sweet, fruity base and adds in a darker roasted Colombian bean for some good roasty, chocolatey flavor. Then, it is anointed by angels to give it just that little something extra.

This started as a limited time blend that was done for the 2024 annual Mash and Journey Whiskey Club meetup in Bardstown, KY! People enjoyed it so much that is has been added to our regular stable of products. We have a dear friend who, rightfully so, wears his heritage on his sleeve. This coffee is an attempt to recreate a small piece of his childhood. Mexican Cinnamon, along with Creme Brulee and French Vanilla, make this a window into the childhood of a friend. It's also dessert in a cup. It is BigVic tested and approved. Enjoy!

This special edition of the Action Jackson Blend replaces the Brazilian component with Barrel Aged Brazilian for a deeper, richer flavor. Jackson is our mutt. He goes 100 miles an hour all of the time until he collapses. This coffee embodies his in-your-face nature and indomitable spirit. It starts with a punch of Robusta beans for body and the kick of caffeine. Next, we layer in some medium-dark South American beans to add a roasty, chocolatey base. Then we finish the blend with medium African beans for a punch of fruit, brightness and sweetness. 

Notes of creamy chocolate and citrus undertones, roasted medium+ to bring out more of that chocolate cravability.

Our last Decaf coffee went fast! These beans are proof that decaf can still be excellent. It is full of chocolate, grapefruit and nutty flavors. This decaf has its caffeine removed via a mountain water process without chemicals and is the highest quality that we can find!

This special edition of the Boss Lady Blend replaces the Brazilian component with Barrel Aged Brazilian for a deeper, richer flavor. Once, Twice, Three times a lady. Lady is our firstborn and a seasoned traveler. Also, she lives to fetch. She is purpose driven and can always be counted on to faithfully retrieve. This coffee is our old faithful. It is our staple and daily drinker. It is equal parts African and Brazilian. The African adds brightness, sweetness and fruit notes. The Brazilian beans give it a roasty, chocolatey body with a nice balanced mouthfeel. Just like Lady, this is our favorite.

This is a coffee that can change a coffee connoisseur's life. In fact, it redefines what coffee can do. This coffee was named after the Haitian town Savane Zombie. This Haitian coffee is the more complex outlier in the midst of smooth, low acid Caribbean profiles. This is quickly becoming a favorite of ours on its own and in blends! The most unique of the Haitian profiles, this one is marked with lemongrass acidity, and a balanced nutty caramel sweetness.

The days of bad decaf coffee are gone. To prove that, we bring you this organic Peruvian decaf. It's loaded with chocolate nuttiness but without the caffeine!  This decaf has its caffeine removed via a hot water process without chemicals and is the highest quality that we can find!

With balanced stone fruit and pomegranate notes, this will impress any island coffee lovers out there. From our friends at the Ramirez Estate, we have been working in collaboration to create this sweet and juicy, red honey process. This coffee goes through a 24 hour fermentation in the coffee fruit, and is briefly floated before drying on raised beds for 15 days. After developing and dialing in this process through experimentation, Cafe Kreyol and the Ramirez Estate were given a 92 point score from Coffee Review, and awarded “Top 30 Coffees of 2020“.
