RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY 

As a veteran-owned, roast-to-order coffee company, we stand behind the quality and freshness of every bag we roast. Your satisfaction is our top priority. 

FRESH COFFEE GUARANTEE 

• All coffee is roasted to order within 7 business days 

• Coffee is shipped within 72 hours of roasting 

• We guarantee freshness for 30 days from roast date 

• Roast date is clearly marked on every bag 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY 

Due to the perishable nature of fresh-roasted coffee, returns are accepted under these conditions: 

• Defective or damaged products 

• Incorrect items shipped 

• Quality issues with the coffee 

• Wholesale returns as specified in wholesale agreements 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

• Opened coffee bags (unless quality issue) 

• Coffee past 30 days from roast date 

• Custom or special order blends

• Gift cards or Patreon subscriptions 

• Items damaged by customer mishandling 

QUALITY ISSUES 

If you experience any quality issues with your coffee: 

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order 

• Describe the specific issue (taste, aroma, appearance) 

• Provide photos if possible 

• We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly 

RETURN PROCESS 

1. Contact us through our website https://driftingdrams.com 2. Provide order number and reason for return 

3. Receive return authorization and instructions 

4. Package items securely with original packaging when possible 5. Ship using provided return label or method 

REFUND PROCESSING 

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items • Original payment method will be credited 

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless error was ours • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless product defect 

EXCHANGES 

• Exchanges available for different sizes or blends 

• Size exchanges subject to price difference 

• Blend exchanges processed as return/new order

• Processing time applies to exchanged items (7-day roast schedule) 

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING 

• Report damaged packages immediately upon delivery • Take photos of damaged packaging and contents 

• We will replace damaged items at no charge 

• Replacement items follow standard processing time 

WRONG ITEM SHIPPED 

• We will correct shipping errors at no charge to you • Return shipping label provided for incorrect items 

• Correct items shipped with expedited processing when possible • No restocking fees for our errors 

PATREON SUBSCRIPTION RETURNS 

• Patreon subscriptions managed through Patreon platform • Monthly shipments cannot be returned once shipped • Subscription cancellations processed through Patreon • Partial month refunds not available 

WHOLESALE RETURNS 

• Wholesale returns governed by separate wholesale agreement • Defective products replaced at no charge 

• Return authorization required for all wholesale returns • Restocking fees may apply to non-defective returns 

GIFT ORDERS

• Gift recipients may exchange items following standard policy 

• Refunds issued to original purchaser only 

• Gift cards are non-refundable 

SEASONAL CONSIDERATIONS 

• Holiday orders may have extended processing times for returns 

• Summer shipping issues addressed case-by-case 

• Weather-related delivery delays do not affect return eligibility
