ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 

By accessing and using https://driftingdrams.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. 

ABOUT DRIFTING DRAMS 

Drifting Drams Coffee Company is a veteran-owned specialty coffee roaster based in Humboldt, Tennessee. We roast premium coffee blends and single-origin coffees to order, specializing in cigar-pairing blends and barrel-aged coffees. 

WEBSITE USE 

• You must be 18+ to make purchases 

• Provide accurate account information 

• Use the website lawfully and respectfully 

• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our systems 

• Respect intellectual property rights 

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES 

• All coffee is roasted to order with a 7-day lead time 

• Product descriptions are accurate but may vary slightly due to natural coffee variations 

• Prices are subject to change without notice 

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders

ORDERING AND PAYMENT 

• Orders are subject to acceptance by us 

• Payment is required at time of order 

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated 

• Sales tax will be added where applicable 

ROAST-TO-ORDER POLICY 

• All coffee is roasted fresh upon order 

• Standard processing time is 7 business days 

• Rush orders may be available for additional fee 

• Orders cannot be cancelled once roasting begins 

PATREON SUBSCRIPTIONS 

• "Fancy Coffee for Regular People" subscription terms are governed by Patreon's terms • Subscription management occurs through Patreon platform 

• Monthly billing cycles apply 

• Cancellation policies follow Patreon guidelines 

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS 

• Wholesale pricing and terms are provided separately 

• Minimum order requirements apply 

• Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed 

• MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies must be followed 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, trademarks, and designs are owned by Drifting Drams • "Drifting Drams," "the Turks," and our blend names are our trademarks • You may not use our intellectual property without permission 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of products 

• We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or natural disasters 

INDEMNIFICATION 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drifting Drams from any claims arising from your use of our website or products. 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tennessee • Tennessee law governs these terms 

• Any legal proceedings must be brought in Tennessee courts 

MODIFICATIONS 

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. 

TERMINATION 

We may terminate or suspend access to our website at our discretion for violations of these terms.
