This coffee was named after the Haitian town Savane Zombie. This Haitian coffee is the more complex outlier in the midst of smooth, low acid Caribbean profiles. This is quickly becoming a favorite of ours on its own and in blends!
The most unique of the Haitian profiles, this one is marked with lemongrass acidity, and a balanced nutty caramel sweetness.
